PRODUCTION/GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB DETAILS:

  • Create designs for print marketing materials like brochures, business cards, flyers, etc. and work with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the design
  • Designing marketing collateral for company within brand including but not limited to business cards, brochures, flyers, and website banners and icons.
  • Create custom designs such as company logos and design layout
  • Relaying and organizing online orders.
  • Output print-ready files to plates for pre-press
  • Occasionally, work directly with customers and clients on taking printing orders and design
  • Any other office duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be available Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm full-time
  • Must have AT LEAST 2 years graphic design experience
  • Have experience making company logos
  • Must have great customer service Must have a diverse intellect and ability for design
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and produce creative designs in a delegated amount of time (We need fast designers! Time is money!)
  • Knowledge of the following programs:  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
  • Must be able to manage time and prioritize multiple projects at one time

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience working at a printing company
  • Experience working at a creative design, advertising, or marketing company
  • Degree in the graphic design field
  • Knowledge and/or experience in sales

BENEFITS:

  • Compensation: $13-$18/hour starting (depending on experience) + benefits after 90 days

PROJECT COORDINATOR / CSR

Front counter, assist and develop customer service in all aspects of the marketing/print process, greeting customers, follow through on projects, and general clerical responsibilities.

  • Be first to answer phones and greet “walk in” customers.
  • Report any problems, questions or changes on jobs in progress. Forward information to sales person or if not available, to Operations/Production to determine course of action.
  • Take job specifications from customers, passing specs to estimating and reply to customers with questions, pricing and delivery times. Qualify orders to match to corresponding estimate and process orders and manage through delivery
  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments from UPS, FedEx or other common carriers.
  • Help customers with reorders and follow through with customer inquiries on status of current orders.
  • Be familiar with your Job Tickets (live jobs) and track through Production and communicate with customers on potential delays.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Benefits

Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour

DIGITAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN / LEAD

This is a full time position in a fast paced printing, direct mail and marketing firm. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Must be proficient on MAC and PC.

Duties include reviewing supplied files in Acrobat Pro to preflight/approve, impose supplied print files for specific press configuration, make offset plates, run digital presses and wide format printers, process online orders, etc

Willing to be part of a team effort to get the job done right, in budget and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour

PRINTING SALESPERSON

To be a part of our talented team you must believe in your talent and ability to promote and sell our company and yourself. We have the tools you need for success with our staff and equipment we just need you. This is a full time position for a self-motivated, enthusiastic & confident outside printing sales representative to generate new sales and manage accounts in Northern California. Must be able to develop new accounts as well as grow current accounts. Experienced in printing or printing sales required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new B2B accounts through supplied leads and cold calling
  • Timely reporting of activities & tracking sales results
  • Developing and penetrating accounts through relationship building
  • Implementing consultative and solution selling strategies

SALES/MARKETING ASSOCIATE
